Establishing our Verein

Since early 2019 many discussions have been had between programmers, designers, artists, bike couriers, tax advisors, restaurants, cafes, and other sustainability minded folks. In order to take EOTL to the next level of existence so it can achieve its goals we have decided to establish a German organization known as a eingetragener Verein (e.V.) or a Registered Association in English.

What

Our founding meeting will be shared with an up and comming bicyle courier collective called Food Fairies whose meeting starts at 7:00 PM. Some members of Food Fairies will likely be joining EOTL, so we decided to combine the two meetings. Around 8:00 PM our meeting will begin. The agenda of our meeting will cover:

• Reading and discussion of EOTL's Constitution (Vereinssatzung)
• A slideshow of projects and ideas for EOTL to work on in next year
• Represenatitive from Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung will discuss funding options
